The "Best Customer Service" I have ever experienced!!!

This is by far the best Insurance company I have worked with in a long time, The agents are so friendly and understanding and always willing to help you. They don't beat around the bush and explain things to you as it is which I appreciate. I spoke to Sam today and I swear he needs a raise or something - I was panicking and he had the most calming voice and immediately put me at ease and sorted my issue out within mins. THANKS SO MUCH SAM.

Everything is so easy - using the app, getting exactly what you want and their support via email is super quick especially for someone like me that cannot talk call during the day. Lets not talk about Rose, When I signed up I actually thought she was a real person and when I called in I asked for Rose 🤣😂 I felt so silly cause they explained she was the A.I but she is so on top of things.

You guys at Naked are doing such an awesome job and I feel I needed to just say this because people are so used to complaining but never praise companies and their agents for giving exceptional customer service. I don't think I would ever use a different Insurance Company ever again . Keep up the AMAZING work y'all are doing there ✌😁✌
