I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Naked for their exceptional service during the recent processing of my claim. From the moment I initiated the claim, I was kept fully informed at every step, which greatly eased the process for me. Despite the unfortunate circumstance of my car being written off, Naked handled everything with outstanding efficiency including refunding my premium for the month and cancelling my policy with no additional paperwork.
