Thank you Naked

I recently dealt with Tawana-Christy for my phone claim and it was awesome. I damaged my phone trying to stop my dog fighting. I submitted my claim via video. Tawana went through the effort of replying "I hope Tyson is doing well" It was something small but that personal touch goes a long way.
