I had only been with Naked for 5 months when I made a claim regarding my car. The claim was processed swiftly but I experienced major bumps with the panel beater that was fixing my car. The Naked Team was responsive and helpful every time I asked them to intervene. I am happy with how Naked handled this difficult, frustrating process.
