Thank you Mr Leolin for the fast process of my claim, I was allowed to use a company of my choice for my windscreen (VW) because I was not happy with the company that naked use for windscreen (glass group), it also made more sense to get my windscreen at a lower fee from my car dealership. However I’ll be cancelling my relationship with naked because the premium increases every year, whilst my car is losing value.
