Terrible Terrible Service !!

They did not debit my account in December , and that was not due to any insufiicient funds in my account but they themselves did not take the money from account mind you nothing shows on my bank statement that they tried to debit my account, and they claim to have sent emails that went into spam and i did not even receive a sms or phone call stating my cover was going to be terminated until now when i called them asking why my February installment was not debited and they went on to say the reason it was not debited is that my cover was cancelled on the 24th of January but if it was cancelled why did they proceed to debit my account on the 27th of January?? and reading from all the other reviews you guys are doing this to a lot of people due to your incompetence wasted my money paying you guys for months for absolutely nothing your service is utterly disgusting!!
