Terrible, terrible experience.

I had my BMW insured with Naked for a couple of months, thought they were really good and could potentially dominate the short term insurance industry. Then I changed address. The car was originally parked overnight in a free-standing erf with electronic gate in Roodepoort. I moved into a 24 hour guarded, access controlled security complex with security cameras in every section of the complex in Douglasdale. When I wanted to change the overnight address for the vehicle, they advised they would have to increase my monthly premium. Go figure. I am cancelling end of July and I won't recommend this insurance provider to my worst enemy. Oh and everyone reading, please do steer clear of Douglasdale, apparently it's extremely dangerous here.
