Terrible service...uncontactable...unable to insurance due to selfie videos

The worst thing about naked insurance which makes it different from other insurances is that they mostly degital & when trying to speak to someone you cannot...I tried calling today & holding on for over an hour no reply...tried insuring a vehicle with them & you require to make a video in the app...made 2 clear videos of the entire car bumper to bumper & they just keep declining it...without this video you don't have coverage so the car cannot be driven & this is after 1 week of having the car....the worst is that they take 24 hours to decide if the video is accepted or not & this goes on & on & you cannot drive the vehicle cos they do'nt cover it...the service is so bad especially when trying to get hold of them cos it's impossible...they decide when they want to contact you... usually 24 hours after your messages if you lucky...
