terrible service

been with naked insurance for 4 years and this is my 1st claim. it was approved on wednesday and suddenly it was reviewed again and i was assigned a validator who i will only be able to speak to on tuesday. why are you re-evaluating something you had already approved. furthermore i submitted everything needed.
