Terrible service

Submitted a claim on the 19th of Jan and was advised that an assessor was appointed and my claim would be resolved within 10 days. Submitted all the required documents and till today 11 Feb there is no response. Apparently the assessor is not responding. No wonder why it’s so easy to sign up. Full of empty promises. Rather pay more with insurance companies that are more reputable than struggle here.
