Terrible service

I was in a accident on the 5th of January 2023 my car was then towed to a incorrect assessment center I called naked to advise them that the car was at the Incorrect place i was then advised it would be uplifted and towed to the correct assessment center it's now the 10th on January my vehicle still has not been at the correct place or been assessed yet I have called numerous times up and down to naked insurance I keep in getting the same answer I even received calls from the place where my vehicle is currently been held to say they are waiting for removal but nothing is being done this is pathetic service
