Terrible service

Terrible service from them ..I had a claim and had to wait 12 days for an assessor or clever the item and they say it will be collected within 48 hours . . Then they do not call or email you to advice the outcome of the claim you get notified by the assessor when they return the item they rejected your claim ... How can home contents cover be rejected because you sot have accidental damage cover .. is that not the reason a person takes out comprehensive insurance so you have accidental cover for your contents as well? Why mus you specify items inside your home that does not leave the house ? It automatically should be covered under home contents... I wouldn't even rate them 1star but I had no choice as there isn't an option for anything less ...
