Terrible Service!

I do not recommend this insurer! Please think twice before getting your vehicle insured with them. I submitted a claim almost a month ago, and have not yet received feedback. Every time I contact them, I’m told the relevant department will get back to me but they never do, I always have to follow up. To date I have not gotten feedback. The third party’s insurer even tried reaching them but don’t respond to them as well. I’m at my wits end with Naked! As a result, I’m facing possible legal action from the third party’s insurer and fail to explain that I’m still waiting for my insurer to get back to me.

I regret joining Naked Insurance. I urge people not to join Naked Insurance.
