Terrible Service and Lack of Support

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my insurance claim. The communication has been utterly poor, with little to no updates unless I initiate contact. There seems to be a complete lack of urgency in addressing my issue, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. Despite numerous follow-ups, I still have not been assisted or seen any progress on my claim. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of this company. I expected much better service, especially in times when support is most needed.
