Terrible Insurance with the lowest quality of customer service
Naked Insurance is the worst insurance to actually have as an owner of anything. They do not care about customer services and customer communication at all. I am highly disappointed at how disgustingly i was treated regarding my phone claim. Their covers are ****s, it's not really what they sell people. They will debit your money monthly and when It's time to claim they play games and claim that you cancelled your policy when you didn't. Trash Trash

24 Jul 2023, 16:15The claims handler called me but it was not worthwhile and at all. no solution in fact my cries and concerns are still being ignored. I'm beyond upset. I feel sorry for the people who going to join Naked insurance.
They even sent an false worded mail that i cancelled my insurance. at no point did i cancel my insurance with them. They literally plot against their own consumers
