Terrible experience

Had insurance with them for my iphoen 12 pro max and apple watch. Cracked the back glass of the phone and sent it for a claim. They use repair company called platinum repairs. In Cpt its literally one guy in a rented office in blouberg. Was shipped the phone back(so wasnt able to inspect it before accepting the repair) and after a few days realised that my main camera was now no longer working and there were scratches over the cameras glass casing. Few days later the glass cover of the main camera fell off. Obviously in the repair of the back glass they broke the camera and used some china part to replace the cover of that camera. Gorilla glass doesnt scratch as easy as normal glass,. Went back to naked and platinum repairs denied that they had caused the damage and noted it as new damage that i would have to pay excess for again. Extremely disappointing especially i asked before the repair if the repair parts are apple certified, wouldve been better if i didnt claim, then atleast i would still have my main camera working. Don’t recommend them, rather go with a broker who gets iphones fixed at the apple store. Also communication with naked is strictly email, so dont expect to speak to someone.
