You pop an email to them and receive a response within few hours - I've claimed twice (1 for a lost phone and 2 for a damaged car), claims are processed quickly, transparently and without hassles - Tech-advanced, everything happens on the App, and I haven't experienced glitches with their App - If you cancel a cover in the middle of a month, you automatically receive a refund pro-rata days not utilised. Overall, I'm pretty happy here. One day when I open my own insurance company, it'll operate like Naked Insurance.
