I’m writing to share my appreciation and gratitude for the excellent service I received.

On the 31st of July, my car’s clutch gave in while I was driving on the highway, and of course, it couldn’t happen closer to home!

I contacted your 24-hour roadside assistance call centre, and they quickly helped me arrange a tow truck.

I recall speaking to Antonio, and I believe the other person was Thokozile (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong; I was a bit panicked at the time). Both of them were incredibly calm and reassuring. They kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay and safe while I waited, as I was alone on the side of the road. Thokozile even called me again after I got home to make sure I’d arrived safely.

My first experience with Naked was when my dad’s car had a small accident. I was so impressed by the service you gave him that I switched my insurance from MiWay to Naked. This latest experience with my car has confirmed that I made the right choice.

Normally, you pay insurance premiums and rarely see any real value until something goes wrong, but your team truly delivered when I needed it most. I’m genuinely grateful for the support, professionalism, and care I experienced.

I know the car is old, but hey, Life is expensive, and my mom used to drive with me, so since she passed on 5 years ago, it's not easy to let it go.
