Taryn The Super Woman, who assisted me with my claim.
I lost my phone on the 4th of September, I contacted Naked on the same day and my claim was open, by Tuesday the 10th my claim was approve. I was able to buy another phone without paying anything extra. Big SOS to Taryn who handled my claim, she was very calm, patient and understanding. She deserves a raise. She's the reason why,I will renew my cover with Naked Insurance. Thank you Taryn.
