If I could give 0 stars I would. Going onto week 5 of minimal movement with my claim for a ****** car. I was given a 10 day working timeframe for the claim to be approved. This turned into 4 weeks of waiting JUST for the claim to be approved on the insurance side. During this time frame I kindly asked where the process was and kept being told that they were within the 10 day timeframe. Once the 10 days were up, I asked for feedback. I was then informed that there was a problem on Hollards side which caused the claim approval to be delayed. The claim was only approved after 4 weeks. I have been constantly following up to see what is happening with the claim and the feedback is surface level with zero substance to the information being received. It has been very challenging to try get from A to B without transport and it has been that much harder to try plan myself when I am getting nowhere fast with this claim or a timeframe that this will be resolved. The lack of any idea on when this process will be wrapped up or when I may finally receive my claim is very concerning. As such, I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone, as this has been an extremely challenging and dissappionting experience overall.
