Surprisingly simple claims process now in review
I have have been with Naked for 3 years and yesterday submitted a claim for the first time on my motor vehicle policy .I am used to speaking to someone over the phone but the digital step by step process to submit the claim and upload pics was surprisingly easy for someone not tech savvy like myself .The app says the claim is now in review . So far so good . Lets see how well they do from here onwards . Will keep everyone posted Imtiaz

05 Mar 2025, 13:41Received a call from the assessor Lesego to confirm claim was accepted and panel beater was assigned . Digital assessment of the damage was done by him based on the picture's sent . He confirmed that any hidden damages would be relayed to him by the panel beater . Pleasant experience so far .
