Superb service and customer care from the Naked Team

Awesome and efficient from the entire naked team. On the 17th March 2020 +- 08:30 my stationary car was hit by a truck that tried to jump a red traffic light being a female it was a nerve wrecking accident as my elderly mother was seated at the back on the side that the truck crashed into. Thankfully God is gracious and she sustained moderate and not severe injuries. I called the emergency towline within seconds I received a sms with the reference number and numerous calls to check on my family members. I received numerous emails from Pieter and Matthew updating me on the claim process. On the 18th car hire was arranged and we received the car. On the 18th i was informed that the assessor will do an inspection soon and I will be updated when. I received an sms informing me the car would be assessed on the 19th. 19th afternoon received a call from the assessor updating me on the process and that he has completed the assessment and he will update me with regards to the damages. This is the most amazing service that I have ever received from any insurance company. We have moved all assets to Naked and wont be going anywhere else for sure...Insurance re-imagined.
