Sudden premium increase
I had my claim approved and the whole process was smooth and repairs conducted satisfactory by the repair company, however I received an email stating an increase on my premium and access amount only one week after the I received my car back. I'd give them 5 stars for the services rendered but the sudden increase of 25% on my premiums and a R1000 on my access fee raises red flags.

- General inflation on retail products and services.
- Exchange rates, especially where imported parts will be needed to do repairs or replacements.
- Changes in things like the conditions of the roads or increased power interruptions leading to more power surges.
- Changes in crime rates in your area etc.
