Sudden Premium and Excess Increase
Just got a notification that my vehicle insurance premium and access has been increased for absolutely no reason, a copied and pasted email from "Darren" includes reasons such as my age and claims history.
I have NEVER claimed from Naked insurance, for the most part my car seldom drives, I am 38 years old and have never written off a car in my life. If anything I am a far more experienced driver as is my wife.

02 Jun 2023, 11:40I would just like amend that Darren has been very helpful and although I will never recommend Naked insurance to anyone ever again, he has gone out of his way to give me updates and has been very professional in his attempt. His business ethic is outstanding as opposed to the apparent ethics of Naked Insurance as a corporation.
