Stress-free claim

I was in the unfortunate position of having to submit a claim within a year of joining Naked Insurance. This made me worry a lot. And for no reason. I received quick and professional responses from the team.

Dealing with these guys has been such a different, and positive, experience compared to my previous insurers. No phone calls, everything done via the app and email. So no need to waste time holding, since I was able to respond whenever I had a few free minutes during the day.
