Streamlined and refreshing

I have just switched to Naked for my car insurance and the whole process was easy, streamlined and as pleasant as tedious life admin can be. I haven't submitted a claim so can't comment on that side of things, but the policy document is easy to understand, the app easy to navigate and the switch simple to bring about.
