I had a claim for my laptop that was damaged. From the moment I started the interaction with Naked, it was effortless, I was constantly informed of the next steps and kept up to date daily, sometimes, multiple times a day.

The laptop was collected on time, as promised, safely sent for assessment via courier, with constant updates, and when I received the feedback ****erally in a matter of days - I was SHOCKED at how quick the process was) and I queried my various options and voiced my concerns/needs, Naked went out of their way to assist and reassure me.
