So I recently had my phone ****** and got into a car accident - so as you can imagine - it’s been a rough time. But the Naked team has been awesome in helping me through both these situations. From phoning the team to tow my vehicle (which was scary as I had never been in an accident) - they were so calm and friendly and helpful during this. Xiluva was my claims assessor and honestly, she was one of the most helpful and caring people when it came to responding to any inquires I had and just generally helping me through the process. Teegan was awesome as well. We had some serious laughs but she was great when it came to answering any questions I had- Naked Insurance is by far the BEST team out there.
