So far so good, They are the fastest Insurance to respond when you need things like certain paperwork, change of anything on your account profile and so forth. it only takes few munities of typing either on the app or email and you get what you need. What I hope for is the same response on claims as I have never claimed for anything in my life but I trust they will deliver as well there if you follow the procedure or send them what they ask for. otherwise they have changed how insurance work in terms of communication. No need for holding the line listening to the the auto machine informing you on things u will never need, wasting your airtime for hours.
