It was very quick and easy to get a quote and get covered on the Naked App. Their pricing is very competitive and they give you the flexibility and option to adjust your premium based on your desired excess, which certain competitors do not, which I appreciate. Their customer support service was also very efficient. I have not had to submit a claim, or deal with any policy renewal yet, so I can’t comment on that, but so far, so good!
