So close yet so far

The day of my accident (Saturday) I called to ask for towing assistance. The lady was friendly and gave advice on what to do. Unfortunately, I was only able to submit the claim 3 days later because I wasn't sure whether the lady had already put in a claim for me. Also, the agent I was corresponding with via emails would reply after 16h00 so that he wouldn't respond after hours. However, my claim was processed efficiently and all repairs covered in full.
