Smooth claims process

Had a car accident in March. My claim was approved within a few days. No hassles or unnecessary phone calls,just sent through pictures of the damage. My only issue was that my approved repairer was 50km away from me and I had to arrange alternative transportation to leave my car there and pick it up as it was still driveable. This added an additional financial burden. Other than that no issues, my claims handler kept me updated every step of the way and took all of my concerns into account. Got my car back after 4 weeks, which was due to the panelbeater having a few delays. Other than the distance of my approved repairer, I have no claims and would recommend them any day.
