Smooth claim process

I lodged a claim for a phone and a laptop on the 29 July 2022 and naked insurance paid out on the 17 August 2022, they took long because of the 10 working days validation process, they actually appointed an investigator(Olivia) and she called me and I provided her with everything she wanted and exactly after 10 working days Naked insurance sent me an email telling me that they are done with the validation process and after some few days they told me that they found a replacement for my phone and they are offering me a takealot voucher for my laptop, I asked them for a takealot voucher for the phone too because I wanted to upgrade and they sent vouchers for the phone and the laptop.
