Slowest emergency if it will ever happen

I have claimed for geyser bust with naked insurance on the 5 April 2023 morning and it is still not fixed when a call on the 7th the say claims department is closed because it is a public holiday but if that is the case they had the other 2 days We currently don't have water inside the house now for 3 days and their emergency line say that claims department may be back on the 11th I guess that is how they treat home emergency
