Slow to get used to but worked out well

At my age I dont understand APPs and it was confusing, and lots of misunderstandings, but Naked was very patient and gradually having to explain everything again and again, and help me step by step we eventually figured things out .....a few months later a really bad vehicle accident resulting in a write off and although the process was SLOW - took a couple of months to get finalised, we did eventually get paid out and we have taken out another insurance with them on the replacement car - we now figure we have mastered the app and the way it works!! hoping for easier relationship than in the beginning!!
