Single Item insurance

The claim process was relatively simple although I had no cellphone since it was ******. I had to borrow a friends cellphone to lodge a claim and I received a same day response and supp**** that requested documentation the next day.

Its was quite easy to lodged and have no complaints , settled the excess and the only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is that I'm still awaiting the delivery of my smartphone .Will updated as soon as all is settled.
