Simplicity is the best complexity

Simplicity is the best complexity. Signed up for Naked couples days ago, everything done online/through app, seamless and efficient. Would like better guides to processes and what each questions means in a given context as had to reach out to Meagan from support who was extremely helpful. Though points i required assistance on could've been answered with FAQ's or user guides/tutorials but overall stellar experience so far. Of course i can't speak for claims so don't know if Naked is just as efficient and straightforward when it comes claims or zig zags like other insurers but we shall see where the road leads.
