Simple, quick, great service
Firstly, taking insurance with them was easy and quick. I changed my insurer in March 2024. Have not had any previous insurance claims.
I had an unfortunate situation in July, car door was damaged. The claim process was super simple, logged claim in the app and emails advising details of repair company appointed and car hire details.
My car was repaired by Renew-it Umhlanga who did a superb job. Also had a great experience with Europecar hire.
