Simple, fast, professional, and compassionate claims process

I recently had to submit a major claim for my vehicle and my experience with Naked, and the claims journey I underwent was exceptional. The trauma that comes from an incident that results in a claim is distressing enough, and to find a simple, fast, and professional claims process is really commendable. From the flow on the App, the consultant that was patient and in constant communication with me (Tamia – thank you), to the professional panel beaters (Elite Auto Body) that fixed my car, and how quickly my car was fixed… well done, and thank you!
