Simple and helpful

Naked is the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. (I even worked for one) The entire process of covering something is extremely easy and the staff are great to chat with if you need anything. I lost 2 phones in the course of a year and they paid out both without any hassles (other than the standard police stuff and documentation)
