**** service pathetic!!!

I got ****** on the 04 December at 15:30 I then reported the incedent to Naked insurance.

They then told me I would need to get the device black listed however I tried explaining to them Vodacom is saying I needed to use a vodacom number in the phone in order for it to be blacklisted and cell.c is saying its not a cell.c phone, Naked insurance is now saying they won't be able to go ahead due to me not having proof of black listing the phone I must say this is very inconvenient and a flippen damn mess, how the hell should I blacklist the phone if I am unable to do it, I showed you pictures of the phone and the box what more do you guys need!

Hi Cassidi, we apologise for any frustration caused. Blacklisting is a requirement in the case of theft/loss to ensure that the device is no longer in use, and we are unable to move forward with a claim until this is received. One of our team leaders have confirmed that they have reached out to you via email to assist you further!
