Seamless Claims Experience

I had such a great experience with Naked Insurance! My claims assessor Kamogelo S was absolutely amazing. she kept me updated every single day and made sure I understood every step of the process. Although it was a bit tricky getting some of the documents bit by bit (since I didn’t have access to the app), the entire process was still incredibly smooth.

I opened my claim on a Monday, and by Friday I already had my replacement phone, that’s honestly impressive! The communication was clear, the service was kind, and everything was handled with professionalism.

As someone who also works in the insurance industry, I can confidently say Naked deserves a 10/10 for how they handle claims. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!
