Seamless Cellphone Claim Process

I submitted a claim for a cellphone in the morning on the 26th of December. The claim process was seamless, Naked kept me updated throughout the process. On the 28th of December at 15:35 I received a Takealot voucher from Naked to purchase a new phone. My home building cover is with Naked - considering moving my car insurance to Naked as well.
