Saving a buck come with the Worst service from Naked Insurance

Do not be fooled, the lower premiums come at a cost of your convenience and horrible service providers on their data base. I have been without my car from the 04 of January 2024 until now. It has been story after story on when I will get back my car. From day 1 their panel beater raised some shady and ***** deadlines, firstly blaming it on their festive backlog, I raised this issue with the claims handler before my car was taken to them, they were supposed to Start working on my car on the on the 12th of February and to date I don’t have a car and the excuses just keep piling up. This has been the worst service to for me…having paid 3 months premiums without a car, you can just imagine how inconvenient this experience has been. I advice anyone even considering this Insurance to stay away, the little buck that you save with premiums is not worth the incompetence they put you through
