Hello.

I have been with Naked Insurance since the 9th of January 2023 and have really been happy with them, They keep you informed as to premium changes and even send you information justifying why there are changes to your premiums and excess amounts. They even send you an email after every monthly premium payment has been received just to say Thank you. which I personally appreciate.

The only thing is that I was slightly unhappy about was that there is a limit to the quoting system that I was unaware of.

My car was sadly written off and I have been doing my homework on what vehicle I can currently afford, insurance wise, only to receive a notification that I have reached my limit and that I need to contact them directly to do further quoting. I have quite a busy lifestyle and would prefer there not to be a limit as its just easier to pop onto the app and to grab that quote with Rose.

I do, however, enjoy that you can do everything right there on the Naked App.

Thank you Naked Insurance. I shall continue with Naked Insurance for years to come.
