Ridiculous increase excess!

I have not had a single car claim with them, in fact, I have been claim free for more than 3 years. But they’re increasing my excess from R1500 to R2500, which translates to 143%! They are also increasing my buildings excess from R5000 to R7000 (140%), mind you, I have never claimed anything for buildings from them. This is ridiculous, I am sure I can find a better insurer.
