Naked makes life easy, I got ****** and they took my belongings including my Naked insured phone. I claimed immediately after opening a case and blacklisting the phone, within 24 hours my claim was approved and due to the not being able to source the exact phone I had, I received a Voucher to get a phone of my choice. The communication was the best, if it wasn't for the POPIA act I would even mention the name of the person that helped me here to show how grateful I am, may she continue doing the same to others. I have never been happier; I recommend everyone to go Naked lol.
