Refused a claim and was caught out in a lie.

I have had two valid claims that have not been paid out. One under my household content and the other my building cover.

1. Household content - my daughter sat on her MacBook laptop and cracked the screen , an accident on her bed, in her bedroom. Naked Insurance refused to payout as it was not covered under all risks. This is not an all risks issue as it happened in her bedroom. We have more than enough cover for all of the contents in the house. I cannot stipulate everything in my house over R5k.

2. Building cover - My garage door bracket broke , the garage fell and damaged the entire door. Naked sent a bakkie brigade out to assess the damage and refused the claim because my springs were apparently rusted and broke, and this is what caused the damage so the claim was rejected. My springs are 100% in working condition and do not need to be replaced. This is a joke and a blatent lie !
