Refuse to fix incorrect debit order.
There are no people working at this company. Only an App and robot. There is no customer service because there are no people. They continuously debit my account with double the premium and refuse to fix it. They owe me a lot of money but because there are no people, you cannot talk to anybody or claim the money back.
