Refusal of paying out claim!!

They accepted me for phone insurance, let me pay premiums and when I have to claim (my device got damaged and stopped working) I'm told my device is not eligible for a claim according to their criteria. Why let me pay premiums all these months, knowing this info!! when I could've gotten another insurance who would've been of assistance to me!!!! Now I don't have a device and have to buy one in this economy. Please reconsider joining them. Especially if you don't have a steady income Like yoh. I'm so traumatised by them!!!
